Don’t worry. Our flexible contracts allow you to revise and agree to your requirements annually. The fee you pay is based on a fixed commission and/or a monthly retainer that suits your needs.
Each month, you’ll receive a financial breakdown and full details of all rental activity for the prior month, along with updates on the condition and status of your property, including services like DSTV the payment of utility bills, rates, taxes and Wi-Fi.
Of course, we’ll be there 24/7 to answer every question, cover every task, and move the process along, from booking to checkout.

We’ll handle everything, from taking photos of your home and creating your property listings, to handling enquiries and coordinating guest reservations and stays. If you already have listings on rental sites, we’ll help you migrate over to our managed account. Your listing will also be regularly reviewed and adjusted where necessary, to improve performance.
Your property will be provided with fresh cotton sheets, towels, premium toiletries, housekeeping and cleaning, as specified in our agreement – handled by our in-house cleaning staff.
